Unifying Mind & Heart
 Have you ever said to yourself, "I spend
too much time analyzing, planning or thinking about stuff and
not enough time..." Our minds are a wonderful asset and can
help us to achieve lots of things. If you're like me you may
have noticed that once you achieve something, you sometimes feel
like something is missing. The key, I believe is to bring our
hearts into the process of our lives. If we rely solely upon our
minds, we miss out on a very meaningful experience. The
experience of alignment.
That is when our heart, the inner wisdom, desires and truth
that our being is about can fully express itself and guide
our lives, then we feel a deep sense of fulfillment, peace,
contribution, and even joy. When we use the amazing skills of
the mind to bring forth the desires of the soul, we have a
powerful union of heart and mind.
Last month we gathered and
began the process of letting the soul express itself and mind
work in alignment to create some beautiful collage
cards. It was a remarkable time of exploration and revelation.
Since June's playshop was so well received we are doing it
again this month. I am truly inspired to offer you this profound process of making a
deck of cards that brings forth your inner wisdom and can
become your life guidance deck.

Collage Life Guidance Cards Playshop

When you move your
conscious attention from your mind into your soul, you tap
directly into that inner wisdom
that is your reliable source of guidance. During July’s playshop you will have
another opportunity to use your
imagination,
intuition and create
collage cards that
reveal personal purpose, meaning and wisdom.
 This evening’s playshop uses the
process of SoulCollage®
as described in Seena Frost’s book SoulCollage. You will
create the first card of your Life
Guidance Deck of collaged cards. These cards can be used in a
variety of ways including personal readings, daily visual
affirmations, meditation and more.
During this playshop you will:
