Spring to you. With the season happening it is a great time to take
stock of what internal season we are in and what changes are going
on within. Take time for yourself today. It's really important.
One of the features of the soon to be
released Women In Joy (WIJ)
web community is the Ask Coach Laura
blog. It's like the Dear Abby column for the 21st century. I will be
answering the questions that women like you have about
relationships. This includes relationship with Self, friends,
family, significant partners, potential mates, etc. If you have a
burning question and are ok with it being edited and published

Last month we had an inspiring evening of pampering ourselves
with aromatherapy and looking within at our patterns that bring us
closer to our loved ones and also push them away. This month we our
theme is Authentic
Self-Expression and the Power of Feelings.

up strategizing to have everything turn out ok.

in a Spring Equinox ritual to set an intention for the season.

exercises for tapping into your feelings and using them to
discover their gifts and create more joy.
