 Welcome to the
month that houses Valentine's Day. Many people resist this holiday,
but I say let's ignore the commercialism and practice being
heart-centered in all our thoughts, feelings and interactions. This
is our challenge. How can one stay heart-centered when upset? How
can one open up her heart when she feels it closed? Just by
pondering questions like these,
I've
noticed a softening and opening in my heart.
This year the WIJ community is encouraging
Women living with their Hearts Expressed. At our
gathering this month, we will be doing a profound process for
connecting deeply with our hearts. You may be surprised about the
resources of love you have to give to yourself. Please join us.
